We believe the making of art takes artists into the moment where they are held in perfect awareness providing joy and purpose to sustain them in their daily lives.
To provide extraordinary art-based education and experiences that encourage self-expression and inspire community
East Side Art Institute (ESAI) is proud to offer the Front Range a dynamic art resource that joins the creative process with education, community, and agriculture. Inspired by the belief that the joy of the creative process can enrich the life of anyone of any ability, the Institute will serve individuals of all backgrounds and ages. We welcome artists, families, educators, administrators, business leaders, and philanthropists to join this endeavor and find an art home at the Institute.
ESAI recently purchased a 14-acre property in east Boulder County at 10500 Isabelle Rd., Lafayette, CO in order to manifest the Institute’s unique mission. Boulder County has granted ESAI approval to utilize the property for the building of the 15,000 square feet institute that will provide studios and classrooms for art education, for research, and for exhibition. The campus will also support agricultural activities that all can participate in and enjoy.

Now begins the work of renovating existing structures and creating the infrastructure for our new facility. Instructors are gearing up to offer a breadth of courses designed to enliven the creative process in each individual, such as ceramics, paper, printmaking, wood, metal, glass, sculpture, painting, and drawing. We have current offerings for on-site and online classes and workshops listed here. Join in this exciting and profound moment to come together, support one another, and build a creative space that will inspire and challenge each of us to reach our full potential. Support ESAI today.
